CHARACTERISTICS

The chain lubricant is a clean and foaming lubricant for chains, sprockets and open mechanical parts in all fields: industry, automobile...
It is composed of a mineral oil acting against wear, supporting extreme pressures and protecting against water penetration.
It ensures a lubrication between -5 and +200°C without leaving carbonization residues. It penetrates deep into the heart of chains, cores, cables, bare gears..

PHYSICO-CHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ACTIVE PRODUCT

• Appearance: clear, stringy and very sticky oil
• Color : pale yellow
• Kinematic viscosity at 40°C: 250-300mm2/s (DIN ISO3104)
• Range of use : - 5 to +200°C

FIELDS OF APPLICATION

Due to its excellent adhesion, the chain lubricant ensures a clean and long-lasting lubrication of moving parts at high speed, such as sprockets, chains, gears, cables, wheels ...
This lubricant can be used in very hot and humid environments, in the fields of industry, automotive, etc.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

1. Shake can before use.
2. Spray on the surfaces to be treated after stopping.
3. Let the oil penetrate the chain and the solvents evaporate.
4. Put back in operation the lubricated elements.
