PROPERTIES

PLANCHA FOUR is formulated for cleaning hot plates at high temperatures, especially planchas. It can be used on all types of planchas: stainless steel, laminated steel, cast iron, chromium plated planchas (do not use on aluminium, any surface sensitive to alkalis)

It is also suitable for use on barbecues and cooking plates.

• Odorless when used.
• Ready to use. (It applies easily and does not bother the user)
• Does not leave a trace.

PLANCHA FOUR allows a fast degreasing without waiting for the cooling of the plate.
It easily removes the most encrusted, carbonized and oily greases.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Product ready to use.

• Turn off the equipment,
• Remove residues with a spatula,
• Turn on the fume hood,
• Without letting it cool, apply the product on the hot plate (+150°C),
• Let it act for 30 seconds,
• Remove the product with a spatula,
• Rinse thoroughly with water and remove residues,
  For rinsing, add white vinegar to your rinse water to neutralize the pH of your plancha,
• Make sure that there is no trace of product on the plate, in case of doubt rinse several times,
• Wipe with a clean damp cloth and then a microfiber for finishing.
