Properties and applications

Tested according to European standards Bactericide EN1276, fungicide EN1650 and virucide EN 14476

Bactericidal in 2 minutes, according to EN 1276, on Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, Staphylococcus Aureus, Escherichia Coli, Enterococcus Hirae, under clean conditions.
Fungicidal in 5 minutes, according to EN1650, on Candida Albicans and Aspergillus Niger, under clean conditions.
Virucide in 60 minutes, according to the standard EN14476, on Influenza virus type A-H1N1, in clean conditions.

Through its action on microorganisms, the bactericidal, fungicidal, virucidal disinfectant

ELFE contributes to the sanitation and deodorization of the air.

• Its mint fragrance leaves a pleasant smell.
• Product recommended for: hospitals, clinics, schools, nurseries, retirement homes, meeting rooms, waiting rooms and all community spaces.

The disinfectant L'ELFE is used according to 2 different applications:

• Surface treatment: direct spraying
• Air sanitization: spraying in the atmosphere

Composition

Active product: solvent; mint fragrance; biocidal active substances

• Glyoxal (CAS n°107-22-2) : 0.024% (m/m)
• Polyhexamethylene biguanide (CAS n°27083-27-8): 0.012% (m/m)
• Didecyldimethylammonium chloride (CAS n°7173-51-5) : 0.03% (m/m). Propellant : Butane

Instructions for use

Shake the aerosol before use and spray by holding the aerosol vertically. Do not use in the presence of sensitive persons or animals.

Surface treatment :

• Clean the surfaces to be treated and spray the entire surface from a distance of
• of approximately 25 cm
• Leave to act for 5 to 10 minutes without rinsing.
• To keep a disinfected surface, repeat the operation after each washing.

Treatment of the atmosphere :

• Close the doors and windows.
• For a volume of 50m3, spray upwards, in the whole room, during 5 seconds
• Leave the room and let it act for 5 to 10 minutes then air.
• Repeat as soon as bad odors appear.

Safety and legislation

Product classified: Extremely flammable.
The product complies with the European directive 98/8/CE known as "Biocide directive".
Biocidal active substances are listed and notified as TP2 Disinfectants used in the private and public health sectors and other biocidal products in Regulation (EC) No. 1451/2007.
